And Mark, $34.95 is not really that bad, considering how much publishers are charging for some other books. I would think the author of _And Keep Moving On_ would know that as well as anyone!

As far as the ranking goes, it was at 40,268 when I checked that morning. I sure hope this doesn’t mean we have peaked already! :)

The $34.95 price tag isn’t exactly calculated to buoy sales.

Now that both volumes are out, I wonder if UPK might consider publishing a combined volume in soft cover.
